On January 28, 2014, Infrastructure Minister Ric McIver visited Noble Central School to announce the government's commitment to modernize the school, which serves about 240 students from Early Childhood Services through Grade 12.

The project marks the first major change to the facility in 40 years, since the addition of the gymnasium.
